Delivery and Returns
We aim to dispatch all orders within 4 workings days of being ordered.
Orders may be subject to a customs charge which will vary from country to country that we cannot be held responsible for.
**Please note Brexit has happened and post between the UK and the EU is no longer tax free, the UK certainly charges import tax.**
All Editions are posted from the UK. Original artwork is posted by the relevant artist and thus from their country of residence. This will be made clear upon purchasing any Originals.
If there is any significant change to any of this we will contact you to notify you.
Some of our Original Artworks are dispatched directly from the artist so delivery costs will be calculated upon enquiry.
Delivery costs for all Editions are £9.00 worldwide. This will be added at checkout.
If your artwork is delivered to you in anything less than perfect condition we ask you to inform the Gallery within the next 24 hours. In this case LIE Gallery will accept full responsibility for the damage and will bear the return expenses. Once LIE Gallery has received the damaged artwork a full refund will be given.
We want you to love your new collage, but if for any reason you are not completely happy with it we will be very happy to refund you.
You have the right, within 14 calendar days from the day you received the artwork, to cancel your purchase. This can be arranged by by contacting us at: email@example.com
For the valid cancellation of the purchase, you are obliged to return the artwork in its original packaging or in sufficient packaging to ensure it returns in perfect condition to LIE Gallery. The returned artwork must be received in its original condition. The cost of returning artwork in this case must be borne by the purchaser.
The return of the product must be completed with all the documents accompanying the product (e.g. Receipt, Delivery Note, Certificate of Authenticity, etc).
During the return process we can either credit your account towards a future purchase or return the money to you.

Can I track the progress of my delivery?
When your shipment has been dispatched you will receive an email indicating when to expect delivery. A tracking number will be included in the email so you can track your delivery online.
Can I provide separate billing and delivery addresses?
Absolutely. You can provide any delivery address including a work address. Please bear in mind however, that someone will have to be present to accept delivery, as a signature is required. This could be a relative, a neighbour, or even a concierge.
Can I collect?
We are afraid we are unable to arrange for artwork to be collected.
